Creostudios believes training is the primary tool for enhancing and developing its people. Our approach is based on continuous learning, a journey of constant growth in the skills and knowledge of our talents so they can cope with the rapidly changing digital and technological world. In addition, we are committed to encouraging continuous learning and the consolidation of soft skills through periodic creative and engaging meetings open to everyone in the company.
Learning Thursdays are appointments where internal or external experts share knowledge and experience to update, specialise and inform Creostudios employees and collaborators. Usually held on Thursday evenings, these meetings are valuable opportunities to cultivate professional growth. We select topics that reflect the wishes and interests expressed by our talents, allowing us to offer content that reflects their needs and expectations, creating an engaging and relevant learning environment for everyone.
